Lost your license key?
Callmora has no account, so there's nothing to log into — your key lives in your email and on your Macs. Here's how to get it back.
Find your key
Your key is emailed by Lemon Squeezy, who handle Callmora's payments, right after you buy. Search the inbox you bought with for Callmora or Lemon Squeezy, and check spam.
Nothing there? Look up your past purchases at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders — enter the email address you used at checkout and they'll send you a link to your orders and license keys.
Enter it in Callmora
Open Callmora → Settings → About, paste the key into the license field, and click Activate.
Moving to a new Mac
One license activates on up to 2 Macs at a time. If both slots are taken, free one before activating a third:
- On the Mac you're retiring, open Settings → About and click Deactivate This Mac…. That hands the slot back immediately, and your calls and notes stay on that Mac.
- Then activate the same key on the new Mac. Nothing to re-buy.
The old Mac is gone
Sold, wiped, or dead, and you never deactivated it? Email support@callmora.app and we'll release the slot. Quote your License ID — Callmora shows it in Settings → About on any Mac where the license is active, and it's in your Lemon Squeezy order too. A license can only be looked up by that ID, so the reply is much faster with it.
Still stuck
Write to support@callmora.app with the email you bought with. Haven't bought yet? Get a license — or try it free for 14 days first.
