Callmora is a macOS app you buy once and run on your own Mac. These terms are short on purpose — here's the whole deal.

What the license gives you

Buying Callmora gives you one license to use the app, for one person, on up to 2 Macs at a time. It's a one-time purchase and includes updates to Callmora — there's no subscription and no renewal.

The license is yours, not your team's: if two people use Callmora, that's two licenses. Please don't share, resell, or publish your key, and don't try to work around the licensing.

The 14-day trial

Callmora runs free for 14 days with every feature unlocked, no card and no account. When the trial ends, new recordings and dictation pause — but every transcript and note you already made stays on your Mac, readable and exportable, whether or not you buy.

Payments

Callmora is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, send your receipt, and deliver your license key by email. Their terms and privacy policy cover that transaction; the details you enter at checkout go to them, not to us.

Refunds

There are no refunds — the 14-day trial is the evaluation period. The reasoning is on the refunds page.

Your recordings and data

Your recordings, transcripts, and notes are yours. They stay on your Mac; we have no server and no account, so we never see them. Cloud transcription and AI summaries are optional and use API keys you provide, which sends that data directly to the provider you picked. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Recording other people is your call and your responsibility — some places require telling everyone on a call that it's being recorded. Callmora shows a reminder, but the obligation is yours.

Provided as-is

Callmora is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but transcription and AI summaries are imperfect by nature: don't treat them as a legal record, and don't make Callmora the only copy of something you can't lose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are noted on this page along with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Callmora after that means the updated terms apply.
